I’m trying to upgrade my account from the free one to personal but it keeps saying my postcode is invalid when it definitely isn’t?

I’m in Somerset, England. Iv tried typing it in different ways but it automatically puts it into capitals & takes the space, tried different addresses to but it does the same error to them.
