Can you upgrade to premium or do you have to wait until the one year subscription is up to change?

There’s no need to wait, your plan can be upgraded at any time :)
The amount already paid for the Personal plan will be deducted from the Premium plan, meaning you’ll only pay the difference between the two.
Your current plan includes direct support so you’re welcome to start a chat if you would prefer to receive help there.
