  I am trying to upgrade to a personal account, but keep getting stuck on ‘calculating price’?
  how do I ask a question for a happiness engineer not a forum?

  Hi filippaross,

  I’ll be happy to look at this with you. I’ve checked your account from my side and can also see the “Calculating Price” issue — it’s not possible to click on that button and proceed through the checkout. It would be great if you could try the following:

  1. Remove the plan from the cart
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Add the plan back again and try completing the purchase
