  What upgrade are you trying to buy, and can you give a bit more details on the issue? I don’t currently see any failed upgrade attempts in our logs for this site and account.

  Yes,

  I’m trying to upgrade the rkreads site. It’s not a problem of the WordPress site; it’s an issue of goofiness with funding right now–I’m an educator, and this is site we will link to our school’s home page. I’m certain it will be sorted next fall when people (ideally) return to school; the goal is to purchase the two-year upgrade plan through an account at school. But I can’t get that to happen right now (COVID has thrown everything for a loop).

  In the interim, I was just going pay the monthly $8 for the next 4-5 months. Is there a way to just pay that all at once?
