  I currently have a Free site for our Bookclub. I am considering upgrading to Personal or Premium from the free version. What would be the main difference between the 2, is it the Themes available for customizing the site?

  Yes you’d have a choice of more themes with a Premium plan. All the other differences are listed at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
