    If I upgrade,
    – Will all current posts still be accessible with the same link?
    (many have been bookmarked by thousands)
    – Will I need to maked any changes to my current posts?
    – Am I correct in assuming everything will remain the same, but the ads will be elminated?

    No, you won’t need to make any changes.

    Yes. Your media library storage goes up to 6GB in addition to no ads.
