upgrading

    I want to upgrade to business, but it only shows yearly plans. How can I subscribe with monthly plan?

    Jetpack: No

    It looks like the personal plan is currently set to yearly, which is why that wouldn’t show. If you wish I can I can reverse the personal plan, (as that was purchased just today) and set you up with the monthly business plan – would you like me to continue with that.

    Also, it looks like you’re just starting out – can you tell me what you’re looking to build? Maybe I can offer some advice. :)

    Thanks for confirming! I went ahead and cancelled and refunded the ¥6,000 charge and kept the domain registration.

    Since you used the free domain credit in the yearly subscription, we’ll also now need you to pay for the domain, which will be $19 USD. The free domain credit is only applicable on yearly subscriptions, not monthly. I’ve sent that to you in a separate payment request to your account email address.

    If you don’t pay for the domain, we’ll cancel it on our end in a day or so. Please respond to this thread when you’ve paid that and we’ll mark that as resolved on our end.

    I completed the payment.

    It also says this but I don’t see the email.

    We sent you an email to verify your contact information. Please complete the verification or your domain will stop working. You can also change your email address if you like.

    I have re-sent the verification email.
    I should add that when a domain was registered, you shared your contact information and the email isn’t the same as the one used for your WordPress.com account.

    It looks like everything is as it should be. I can see the domain is in use, and it’s possible to upload plugins.
