Upgrading

    All cards that work properly when upgrading gets declined and when I use the PayPal method, and click agree and continue it sends me back to the shopping cart with debit/credit method lit instead of PayPal. I need assistance please!!

    Hi @ismailmenam, I want to say PayPal will still require some type of credit/debit card connection through their services, since our services need to renew regularly. Are you able to add a card there, or does the same card have the same issue?

    Have you contacted the card provider yet?
