Upgrading

Hi, I’ve been trying to upgrade to a premium theme and paying via paypal. However after clicking purchase I arrive back at the wordpress screen with the upgrade in the item cart again. The purchase isn’t going through for some reason.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades

But that’s what I’m doing. I’m logged in as admin, go through the payment procedure, but when I click pay in paypal it brings me straight back to the “plans” screen – with the upgrade still in the checkout trolley. When I click checkout again the process just repeats itself.
I’ve checked my back account and nothing has been charged.
