Upgrading

I’m trying to upgrade my plan and everytime I put my credit card number in and submit it, it says it’s declined. (I just bought something off of amazon, so I know it’s not my card). In addition, I tried to use paypal and it goes into the website and I authorize it and it just goes back to the plan page on word press. I’ve done this multiple times already and it does the same thing.

It looks like were able to have the payment go through eventually, but I can see the failed transactions on your account. They’re showing an error saying that PayPal blocked the payment on their end, so you might want to check with them what the problem is.

So I did get that problem resolved. However, I was looking more into it…and I think I want wordpress.org instead of .com.
Is there anyway for me to cancel this subscription and get my money back since it’s only been a day?

Your domain, thebscene.com, and the connected Google Apps account hasn’t been cancelled yet.
I can cancel those for you, but it might be some time before your domain will be released and you can register it somewhere else. You’ll also need to then manage the Google Apps directly with Google, as once I cancel it here we will no longer control that account.
Alternatively, if you still want to use the domain you can keep it registered here and map it to the host where you install WordPress.org. Then you can still keep the Google Apps with us, or you can cancel it and manage it directly with Google.
Please confirm if you definitely want me to cancel and refund those two upgrades.
