Upgrading

  I am currently on the free plan but considering upgrading. Let’s say I upgrade now to the Personal plan, then after a couple of weeks or months find that I need the Premium plan. Having just paid for 1 year of the Personal plan, do I have to pay full price for the Premium plan, or can I get a refund/discount according to how much is left of the 1 year I paid for?
