Upgrading

    Hello, I joined wordpress yesterday and i have a template i have purchased and want to install. I tried to upgrade 3 times and each time it has taken me through to paypal and said the purchase is complete but when I come back to my dashboard it says it is still on ‘free’. Please can you help i’m really confused!!

    On WordPress.com you can choose your theme from our Theme Showcase. We aren’t able to support any third party or uploaded themes.

    There are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the self hosted version. This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    To use the theme you’ve mentioned, you would need to build a self hosted site. More information can be found in the Getting Started materials on the left of this page https://wordpress.org/support/
