upgrading

  my freebie blog (you get what you pay for) has been active for about 6 months

  I would like to arrange it for the first paragraph of each post to be on a first page in chronological order, not in columns, then the reader can click on a ‘read more’ button.
  1. what is the minimum plan in which to accomplish this, if it can be done, not including business ??
  2 i am not a programmer, so is it easy to do or can i pay someone a reasonable amount to rearrange the existing posts. ?? I assume that after that i can follow directions to add my own posts. ??

  I take it since the next button says ‘ask in the forums,’ that an actual answer from wordpress is not possible, probably would be if i paid them money ??

  From what I understand you need a way to display your blogs one below the other no the columns way which it is now you could browse through more themes from here https://theme.wordpress.com/

  If you explore some you should be able to find which suits you better than the current one , you could do these by going through the free themes which do have lot of options .
