  Hi

  I am trying to upgrade by clicking on manage purchases then upgrade but when I get to the upgrade page all three choices are greyed out. What should I do?

  Sorry to hear you’re having problems with this. We deployed an update yesterday which affected Plan pages — it should be working again now though.
