Upgrading account

  Hello,

  I’m trying to upgrade one of my sites, http://www.big4restaurantblog.com. I signed up for the free trial for a Premium account, and yesterday it was supposed to charge my card $99 to begin thee service. I got an e-mail from WordPress stating it was unable to renew my account, and that my blog would be taken off line. How do I fix this?

  I took a look at your account. If you’d like, I can send you a manual payment request so you’re able to pay for your Premium Upgrade. Then, I can manually add it to your account.

  Also, so you are aware, WordPress.com is always free, and your site, big4restaurant.wordpress.com, will always be accessible. While your Premium services can expire, the site itself will never be taken offline.
