Upgrading account

I’m trying to upgrade our wordpress account but everytime I try to the page is blank and nothing loads. Has any one else had this issue and how did they correct it?

On what page is this? Plans? Checkout? The page where you add your credit card info?
Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also check if it works if you use a different browser? Please make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser, and try disabling any anti-virus or ad-blocker extensions in your browser, as those can block the JavaScript code that the page uses to work.

Hi there,
When I click into upgrade plan and then choose the plan (e.g. Personal) the page that comes up that is the page that will not load. I have cleared my browser cache and cookies. I have made sure that Java script is enabled and have used several different computers and browsers and it still will not work for me.

When you checked on different computers, were they all on the same network? If so it might be a problem with the connection. Can you check on a different internet connection, or at least unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset the connection?
