  Hello, I just had a quick question about starting my account. If I choose to start with a premium account, am I paying 99$ immediately, and then again in another 12 months? Because that seems like I am being charged twice for one year. So, what does the billing process look like and when am I paying if I just started an account

  Hi there, you do pay for the full year at checkout and if I remember correctly it will be renewed in 11 months. This allows one month to resolve any issues should they arise (particularly domain renewal issues), but payment covers the following full year.

  If you decide to cancel, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on everything but domain registration which needs to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase. Here’s more about that:
