Upgrading back to Explorer Plan after canceling Creator Plan

    Hey. I recently tried the Creator plan, but soon realized it was not quite what I need just yet, so I tried to convert back to my original Explorer Plan. I was only given the options to either cancel the plan and keep my domain or cancel and lose my domain. I opted to keep my domain, but now when I try to upgrade from Free to Explore, I continue to get the following message, ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’

    I have done a complete site reset, but I’m starting to think there maybe something lingering on the back-end that’s preventing me from upgrading.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
