Upgrading Before Renewal Date

    Hi, I currently have the Personal plan and my renewal is in April. I see that the price for the Premium plan is currently being offered at a special rate of $4.00 per month, same price as the personal plan. If I want to upgrade now to the Premium plan, would this mean that I will not be charge anything until the renewal date? Thanks! Pedro

    Hey 👋

    If you mean that since you are already paying up till April and upgrading would mean the same payment per month. Yes you would not be paying ‘extra’.

    Hi there,

    The price you see for the Premium Plan is not a special price, but rather we give you an automatic discount based on the Personal Plan you already own. So if you pay the additional $48 on top of the $48 you already paid for personal, you still end up paying the full amount for Premium of $96. You will be charged immediately if you upgrade to Premium.

    That said, if you upgrade to Premium now your plan’s expiration date will be reset and the new Premium upgrade will be valid until January next year. As you’re only a few months away from renewing already, that means in effect you will be buying Premium at a reduced cost for the first year.
