Upgrading Between Plans

  Hello, If I start with a Premium plan but want to upgrade to Business, can I do that at any time? How easy is it to move between plans? Can it be done at any time? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  Yes, you can move between plans at any time without affecting your site’s operation.

  Also, if you upgrade from a smaller to a bigger plan, you’ll only pay the difference and not the whole price.

  What do you mean that you don’t pay the difference? Wouldn’t you still be paying $25/month if you upgraded from premium to business?

  You’d pay the annual cost of the Business plan less the annual cost of the Premium plan that you’d already paid for. (Note that plans need to be paid for annually in advance not on a monthly basis).
