upgrading but keepng current wordpress url

  I’m happy to upgrade my free account to Premium but I’d like to keep the current URL – which included wordpress.com – so our old followers can still find us. Is this possible, please?

  Yes this totally possible.

  The only time the URL would change would be if a custom domain is purchased.
