upgrading domain

I recently tried to upgrade my blog to a domain and I got an error messge “DBP validation failed for account 40491243” and I am not sure what this means or how to fix, I either would like to fix it or refund, but it is impossible to get any answers on this site and I am getting frustrated, please help!!!!!!!

Staff support has sent me directions to re-map my domain but I am not given the option when I follow the instructions that are given, on my blog it instead says “N/A” under the edit DNS option, Ive tried to update everything and I would instead like a refund, I have a credit balance of the $26 and I followed the instructions to cancel and that appears to not work either. Could this be reflagged to staff so I can get a refund.
