Upgrading Domain

    Hello! I am trying to upgrade my domain from idepittsburgh.wordpress.com to idepittsburgh.com, I keep seeing ‘Upgrade to idepittsburgh.com for $18/year!’. When I upgrade it says I need a premium membership which costs roughly $100/year. This seems like false advertisement to me, how do I upgrade my domain without using a premium account?

    Hi there,

    We recently changed how domains work and you now need to get Premium if you want to register a domain. But it’s worth it because Premium comes with no ads – if you have just a domain then your site will have advertising. Premium also includes custom design, 13GB of space, and the ability to upload audio and video.

    We’re also planning to introduce some new plans over the coming months but I can’t give away any details about these just yet :)
