Upgrading domain name and receiving personal rate, not business rate

I originally had a website name of janelljlewis.wordpress.com domain. I have purchased the domain name of janelljay.com and would like to upgrade and transfer all material from ‘janelljlewis.wordpress.com’ (recently changed to janelljay.wordpress.com) to the new domain of janelljay.com, although when I go to word press to upgrade, I’m only given the $825/month Business upgrade option and not the $2.99 Personal upgrade option and I’d only like the Personal upgrade option rate.
