Upgrading from free to personal blog

I had chosen personal blog but it seems that I got a free one. Every time that I open my blog I am asked if I want to upgrade it. When I choose yes, it takes me to the whole process of making a new blog, which I dont want. I need to just upgrade what I have, so what should I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
To upgrade an existing site, go to My Site ->Plans and choose a plan on that page. That should apply the plan to the site you have selected in My Sites at that time.

Thanks for the feedback. If I upgrade it now to personal but after a while decide to upgrade it to premium, do they adjust the payment accordingly or I have to pay for both? -
If you upgrade from Personal to Premium you only pay the difference in cost between the two plans, provided it’s not too close to the expiration date of the existing plan.
