Upgrading from free to personal plan

  Hi,
  I’m currently considering upgrading my free site to a personal site (so removing .wordpress.com). I’m just wondering if doing so will delete my current posts or alter my site in any way.

  Any help is appreciated – thanks!

  Hi there,

  Upgrading to the Personal plan won’t delete your content or affect any of your Customizations :)

  You will always have your free WordPress.com address — once you have registered a custom domain, visitors to your site will see that rather than your fee WordPress.com address.
