Upgrading from Free to self hosting

    After building a page on WP for free, Can I upgrade to self hosting keeping the same/similar design without having to start over?
    I have some domains and would add later. I’m new to WP and wanted to explore before committing to a year hosting contract elsewhere (not with WP, either SiteGround or Pressable)…. Thanks

    Alternatively, you can stick with WordPress.com and upgrade to one of the paid plans which offer more features. Have a look at the upgrade plans here:
