Upgrading from other company to WP hosting, admin, etc.

    Curious as a client considering using WP premium to host and maintain sonorml.org. I am currently using netfirms and let’s just say it’s been less than fun. WP is an awesome project and to tell you the truth, id rather support WP and keep our hard earned cash out of India. (no offence if you’re Indian, i love the people it’s just a lot of people here don’t have jobs)

    Couple questions that may exist in topics or the forums but honestly i am so pulling my hair out trying to get this org set up that your wise yet simple answer will keep me just that much further away from drooling and shivering in the corner. (insert weird laugh here)

    I am interested in generating adsense and other revenue from the site. I am also curious to understand the differences between the wordpress.org download that i have loaded already and what i would get if i use wordpress.com to administer and host. Last i have 3 domains that i would like to do the same thing to…rub, play with, make up stories, etc and would like to understand if there’s a way to host multiple sites yet be able to distinguish the costs of each blog.

    Yah…so if i don’t hear back i know you know that i know that this is just too much to ask of one person.

    Did you read the sticky post at the top of the forum about the difference between wp.com and wp.org? That would be a good place to start.
