Upgrading from wordpress.com in order to install video player.

  Hi, I have this site – bungeclinic.com
  I wan to upgrade to 3.0 so I can install this video player. Will that work?

  Is videopress a video player or just a way to embed videos?

  Your site at bungeclinic.com is hosted here at WordPress.com. Plugins can’t be installed here at WordPress.com, for security reasons. That’s a feature of self-hosted WordPress sites using the software from WordPress.org. You can learn more about the differences here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  However, WordPress.com already has built-in support for Vimeo videos — you can embed them as described here: Vimeo

  If you’re interested in using VideoPress, instead, it allows you to upload videos directly to your site and plays them in our VideoPress player. You can learn more about that here: VideoPress
