Upgrading help — doesn't show the wordpress-less website address on the left hand side

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my plan to the Premium one. How do I have the second blog I created be the one that receives the wordpress-less website address? Can you please help with that? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I need someone to get into my account and fix it. When I try to upgrade it does only gives me the domain meowisland.wordpress.com. I want to upgrade so I can get meowisland.com

Please read the domain mapping section https://en.support.wordpress.com/all-about-domains/ of the support docs so you know that one has to register an underlying .wordpress.com URL first and then domain map from it, to a domain without the .wordpress.com extension.
