Upgrading Host from WP to Private

  I would like to completely transfer my blog from being hosted on WordPress to being hosted elsewhere. Is it possible to do that? I tried phpMyAdmin but the WordPress hosting does not allow plugins.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
