Upgrading issues

  Hi, I recently renewed my personal account. Immediately after I thought it was a good idea to upgrade to the premium account. I didn’t research it enough and now don’t think I’m ready for the premium account. I cancelled my premium upgrade but now it seems my personal plan is gone.
