  Hello there,, I have been trying to upgrade my site but both my PayPal and bank card have been declined…what can I do?

  Hi, I’ms sorry, on this end all I can see is that it was declined. If the card that is declining is the one funding your PayPal account, that may be the issue. Do you have another you could use, or could you contact your bank to authorize the charge?
