Upgrading JetPack Domain Mapping

  We are receiving the following warning: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
  I spoke with someone in our office and was told the following:
  ‘You need to call WordPress and ask them to change the DNS for our site to a specific IP address (I removed the address from this post for privacy). The interface on WordPress will not allow it because JetPack needs an upgrade.
  (We may need to update the subscrition on WordPress.) In any event, you need to call them so they can walk you through this.

  I can’t find any way to call WordPress. I don’t know what the above means or what I am supposed to do. Please help!

  Your site is working so I’m not sure what the problem is. Can you be more specific?

  WordPress automatically put that web address in there when I posted. That is our old site. We host through siteground and use a theme through elegant themes. It is: http://www.strenuusnow.com.

  Wild West Domains (http://www.wildwestdomains.com) is the registrar of your domain. You’ll need to contact them and have the ‘A’ record updated to point to the new hosting location.
