Upgrading My Account

  I would like to upgrade my account so I could use the ‘Earn’ feature and have restricted content for paying subscribers on my website but when I go through the process to upgrade, i realize my wordpress account is not connected to my actual website.It says ‘capitaltfilmzca.wordpress.com,’ The correct site is ‘Capitaltfilmz.ca’ When i purchase the upgrade I still cant use the feature. My site is hosted with blue host, does that have anything to do with the problem ?

  Hello there,

  I think there may be some confusion here – if the site Capitaltfilmz.ca is with Bluehost, this would be a self hosted site and completely separate to WordPress.com.

  To do what you’re trying to do you wouldn’t use a premium content block, but instead would need a plugin, much like the ones seen here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/pay+for+content/
