  Every time I try to update for a year it says I’m due to pay £85 not the £11 your email suggested it would be. Help please

  Hi there,

  Your domain mapping upgrade expired two weeks ago, so you cannot renew it any more, you can just add a new one. And new domain mappings can only be added as part of a paid plan.

  Your upgrade expired recently enough that I could still add it back to your account. Please renew it from the Purchases page immediately, or our system will automatically remove it again and then I won’t be able to add it back a second time. Should you let this upgrade expire again, the only way to add it back will be via a plan.
