Upgrading not possible

  Hi there,
  I would like to upgrade my blog to premium. But it doesn’t work with CC (Mastercard) or with Paypal. Buying with CC ends with transaction error and with paypal after login at paypal with out any action. After Paypal, it’s flips back to upgrads and nothing happens.
  No, i didn’t has an other CC, but this card works evrytime (like at steam etc.)
  Whats wrong?
