UPGRADING NOT WORKING

  I have been trying to upgrade my account so that I can post audio files to my blog.I tried twice:

  1) UPGRADE took my to a GIFT page but when I clicked the amount ($50) it took me to pay pal, took payment and then nothing changed.

  2) Thinking I had done it wrong, I then found the proper UPGRADE tab. I selected the appropriate link (Subscribe to service) and again when to paypal.

  I have just checked with PayPal where it seems I have now paid for this service twice… but still it does not seem as though my account has been upgraded.

  Staff may see this and help since they do monitor the forums, but in case they don’t, contact them when support is open and include your details including your full blog URL, username and your administration email address you have listed under options > general: http://wordpress.com/contact-support/ (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Pacific time) or using the “support” button in the upper right of your dashboard.

  I have flagged this for attention – something somewhere has gone wrong but I do not know where.

  e2blogger – I’ve refunded your second $50 payment. Looks like the space upgrade activated ok!
