Upgrading our plan

  Hi there,

  We already have a website hosted on WordPress Free plan. We would like to upgrade to Personal plan. Could you please advise how to do that? When I am trying to select new plan, I keep being asked to create a new website. I tried to map the domain but it keeps being changed to .wordpress.com one.

  Hi,

  To upgrade your free account go to My Sites, then click the Plan option.
  You should then see the 3 offered upgrade plans that you can choose to upgrade your site.
  Or you can access it directly by going here https://wordpress.com/plans/

  To map a domain you will have to purchase an upgrade plan first. You can learn more here https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
