Upgrading payment plan

    I am trying to upgrade my plan however, noticed that the prices are less before you log in and therefore are increased when you log in to upgrade. Additionally, everything is in USD and wanted to see if there is a way to pay in GBP to avoid any currency exchange charges.

    I’ve updated your account to reflect GBP as your default currency.

    The upgrade is billed for the yearly amount at the time of purchase. Are you seeing both the monthly and yearly cost?

    I see two different monthly price points, one before I log in and one after I log in which seems a little more expensive.

    Which plan were you looking at? I can add it to your account and then send you a payment link for the correct price.

    It would be helpful to see the price discrepancies. Are you able to take a screen shot of the logged in and logged out pricing? I’ll be able to take a look at those screen shots after you upload them to your media library.

    I just went back to check and it may have been the GBP vs USD cost. So looks like there are no further discrepencies now.
