  We no longer have an IT person. Our site is down. we need to upgrade php to 7.4. need hand-holding support asap. thank you.

  Looks like your website is using the open source version of WordPress and is hosted on AWS. This forum is for sites hosted with wordpress.com.

  You will want to check with AWS to look in to how they do PHP updates.
