  hello, why I cannot see any tab to purchase for an upgrade? Whenever I click upgrade or plans, there is no option to purchase

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  Are you looking to purchase a plan for: https://naiahlaxa.wpcomstaging.com/ ? The reason why I ask is that it looks like this site was on the business plan, but is yet to be downgraded fully.

  Would you like to downgrade from the business plan? In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

  Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
