  By upgrading my plan, can i also monetize my site through wordads?

  If you add a custom domain or a mapped domain as part of Premium you can apply for WordAds, yes. But please note you also need to meet a certain minimum traffic threshold before you’ll be approved for WordAds. You can find more details here:

  You can also monetize your site through affiliate links, provided the links are relevant to the content you are posting about:
