Sorry to hear it! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Click that and enter your request so it will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!

I didn’t found the tab which you said.
I tried to upgrade my plan but payment failed 2-3 times because my card was not active for international transactions. I changed the settings in my bank account but there after the payment was disabled from WordPress.
Please re-enable the purchase in my tab because i want to upgrade my site. -
