Upgrading plan for self-hosted site?

  Hello,

  We have run into problems with iframes and embeds being removed from our self-hosted WordPress site. We were told we need to upgrade to a plugin-enabled plan, however I cannot find any option to do so for our site. The help page indicates ‘On the left side, navigate to Upgrades -> Plans’ however we do not have such an option. I am not sure if this is because our WP installation is not hosted by WordPress? How do we go about upgrading to a Creator plan if we do not have this option? We do not typically log in to our site through WordPress itself but through our hosting.
