Upgrading problem

  I’m trying to upgrade using PayPal. WordPress redirects me to the PayPal portal and then I accept all terms etc. Then it redirects me back to WordPress without any payment going through and no upgrade. Please assist me if possible. Is the problem on WordPress or PayPal? I’ve got a working card linked to PayPal – a payment has gone down form PayPal previously.

  It looks like PayPal would like you to contact them. For some reason, they are not allowing the payment to go through.

  You can reference error 10486.

  Sorry that I can’t do any more to help, but the issue appears to be on their side.
