Upgrading Procedure

  Hello,

  I am currently on the personal plan that renews annually.

  I am planning to try out the business plan next month albeit paying on a monthly basis just for starters before I commit to the annual membership.

  My question therefore is, what happens to my personal plan since I already paid for a full year including domain?

  Will there be a possibility to downgrade back to personal and retain all my settings including wordads?

  Hi there,

  Yes that will be no problem, however downgrading from the Business plan does require that any plugins or 3rd party themes you upload will be removed before you can proceed.

  If you decide to downgrade please reach out to support and we can walk you through the changes that will take place when plugins are removed. At that time you can also let us know about your previous upgrade plan so we know to account for that when we downgrade the site, thanks!

  Hello,

  Thank you for the response.

  I have just effected the upgrade.

  However, is my wordads still active? I cant seem to see any ads only in-house ads

  Yes, WordAds are enabled and displayed on your site.

  Please note that even though you see our in-house ads, that doesn’t mean that all your visitors see those same ads. The ads that are served from our ad network and based on the browser history for each particular visitor.
