Upgrading question

  I am interested in upgrading but before I decide I want to make sure there are plugins available for the website. I can’t find a contact number to call for help?

  Question 1. I am trying to find an employee portal plugin so our employees can log in and get their forms?
  Question 2. I am searching for an online store to sell products that also has customer logins?
  Any help would be appreciated.
