Upgrading support

    Howdy cynicalpatriot 👋

I’m your personal AI assistant. I can help with any questions about your site or account.

Can I talk to a live person about upgrading and suitability to my purposes?

It sounds like you want to talk to a human. Human support is only available for our paid plans. For community support, visit our forums:

There aren’t really that many plans to choose from. It depends on how much you want to pay and how much storage you think you’ll eventually need. But you can start with a Personal plan and upgrade later. Or if you think you’re going to be selling stuff then a Business plan would be best.

Some of the reasons I want to talk to a live person are reports that certain websearch engines mark workpress URLs as untrusted, suspicious, spam, dangerous, virus infected, so people don’t go to the url. Also, I wanted to know the limit to the number of “subfolders” I could have using the main splashpage as English with a menu to go to other language translations. Further, as sales is the life blood of any business, if they won’t spend money on a human sales team… I can only imagine technical support would suck as well. Basic questions like scaling, marketing, and design in consideration/anticipation of a purchase should merit human interaction.
