Upgrading the WordPress from 3.0.5 to 3.1 caused problems

  Dear Friends,

  I have upgraded my WordPress from 3.0.5 to 3.1. After upgrading my theme function stop working. It is showing my old settings. My new modifications are not taking the action. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
